innowise. What we do.

The innowise is a private research and consulting company based in Duisburg. We support change processes in companies and their supply chains.

We develop custom fitted solutions for our business partners to help them develop new products and services and  plan organizational change. Our focus lies in the personnel development and organizational development as well as the material and energy management. We have a look - where appropriate and necessary - even outside the box to the suppliers and customers in the value chain.

The aim of our work is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and structures of our customers. Because we are convinced that this is not possible without the employees in the company, we integrate the employees at an early stage in our projects; that is the only way to implement new developments and changes in the company successful and sustainable.

Based on our many years of consulting activities are also our research activities. Here we work out with companies and research institutions solutions for future-oriented human resources and organizational development and resource-efficient material and energy management. Because the innovation of our research and pilot projects is very high, they are promoted by the public sector for example the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Integration of the State NRW or the European Commission. The high practical relevance of these projects is also our consulting clients benefit: In our daily consulting work we apply the latest results from our research and pilot projects.

Personalentwicklung für die Druck- und Medienindustrie
Die innowise GmbH und der Verband Druck + Medien Nord West e.V. erarbeiten eine Weiterbildungsplattform für Fach- und Führungskräfte. Die Plattform enthält neben Lernmodulen auch Social-Media-Elemente zur Vernetzung von Fach- und Führungskräften, womit der Erfahrungsaustausch gefördert wird. Damit werden Anreize und Strukturen für eine stärkere Verankerung von Weiterbildung in der Branche gesetzt. more
